The Review offers two subscription types:
- Digital: 20 online issues per year, full archive access, and the NYR App
- Print + Digital: 20 print + digital issues per year, full archive access, and the NYR App

The Review is available as an e-reader subscription on the Barnes & Noble Nook, and in the Zinio and Google Play stores. E-reader editions do not link to any subscriptions so must be purchased separately. The NYR App is available for download in the Apple and Google Play stores. Content on the app is available to all subscribers at no additional cost with a linked subscription. Non-subscribers may download the app and purchase a subscription via the app store, but these subscriptions do not provide access to the Review’s full archive on this website. The app only includes more recent content from the Review. For more information go here.I received notice that my Kindle subscription is being discontinued. How can I subscribe directly?
Unfortunately, Amazon has discontinued all Kindle magazines. You may subscribe to The New York Review directly through our site and pay the same monthly rate. With your Digital subscription you will receive immediate access to the current issue and the complete archive, plus you may download the NYR App for free and read on the go on your tablet or smart phone. Click here to subscribe.If I sign up for a subscription to the Digital Edition, can I share my account and password with my friends and colleagues?
No. That would violate the terms of service that you agree to when subscribing, and thus be grounds for termination of your account. But it's really not such a good idea anyway. Anyone who signs on to the site as you could change your email address and password, preventing you from using your account.Can I post articles from the archives on my own site, or reprint them elsewhere?

Digital services are taxable in India, and currently we do not have the ability to collect and remit this tax. If you had a digital subscription, it will be renewed as a print subscription, which includes digital access, at the same lower digital rate.
