To the Editors:
We wish to direct the attention of your readers to the case of Andrzej Boguslawski, who for the past five months has been held under internment by the military government in Poland. Professor Boguslawski is a linguist of international repute. It appears that his detainment has been prolonged by his refusal to sign a loyalty pledge. We request of the present government in Poland that his rights be respected.
